How about my privacy?
Doing business transactions over the internet requires caution. We respect that and we have done our utmost to facilitate a both secure and easy way of doing business with us. Our reservation system is not linked to our website nor the internet. The information we need to make your reservation is not accessible to other people besides our reservation staff. We will not use, sell or pass on your information for other purposes than making your reservation.
 
How is the booking procedure?
To make a reservation you can fill out the booking form and submit it to us. We will make the reservation and email you a confirmation together with your reservation number and all details including the exact price. As soon as we have received your payment, your booking is confirmed.
 
What are your methods of payment?
Payment can be made in two ways:

1. By bank transfer into our account

2. By credit card
Together with the confirmation of your booking, we will send you a form that you can fill out and fax to us together with a copy of your passport or identity card.

Under Indonesian laws we are not allowed to charge in any other currency than Indonesian Rupiah. That's why we will confirm the amount of Indonesian Rupiah to charge to you before you send us the authorization by fax. We will also state the current rate of exchange used.

It does mean that the actual amount of money being charged from your card (in your own currency) may vary from the total stated in US dollar negatively or positively.
 
Do you charge a booking fee?
No we do not. What you see is what you pay, although the exact amount of your reservation will be sent in your confirmation. If you do not agree with that, you may cancel or alter your reservation accordingly within 48 hours for free.
 
How about cancellation and refunds?
Cancellation policies vary per hotel and per season. The general policy is stated on the booking form. If a different cancellation policy applies to your reservation, we will inform you about it in our confirmation. Refunds will be made to your credit card or bank account less cancellation fee and applicable transfer charges.
